All Dogs Go To Heaven 2

Charlie (voiced by Charlie Sheen) and Itchy (voiced by Dom DeLuise) find out that Red (voiced by George Hearn) who provided them with special collars to make their ethereal forms "solid" again is actually Satan. Charlie frightfully agrees to find Gabriel's Horn for Red, in exchange for another collar so he could make good on his promise to take his human friend David (voiced by Adam Wylie), a runaway child, back home to his parents. Charlie and Itchy head to the San Francisco train station only to see Carface (voiced by Ernest Borgnine) who had been assisting Red in trying to get a hold of the Horn in the act of kidnapping David, which he succeeds in doing and gets on a train. He tells Charlie before he speeds away to come to Alcatraz in one hour with Gabriel's Horn to exchange it for David. Charlie arrives there a little after the hour goes by to find Red waiting for him, and he hands Red the Horn. He uses it to twist the magic of the Pearly Gates and imprison all of the angel-dogs in Heaven in Alcatraz. Charlie, seeing what Red is doing, remembers the duty he agreed to do to return the Horn back to Heaven and challenges Red. With some help from his friends, Charlie manages to get a hold of the Horn and blow it, returning the angel-dogs back to Heaven and sending Red back down into Hell. Carface is brought down to Hell as well, as he promised Red his soul in exchange for his own collar to make him "solid." Charlie and Itchy have to return to Heaven soon after their victory, but Charlie and his new girlfriend Sasha (voiced by Sheena Easton) profess their love for one another just before he leaves. Annabelle (voiced by Bebe Neuwirth) meets Charlie & Itchy midway through their ascent and grants Charlie the privilege of spending the rest of what remains of his life on Earth with Sasha. Charlie is sent back to Earth, and he meets up with Sasha and David, the latter finally returning back home to his parents. Charlie and Sasha kiss as the end credits roll.
