The Benchwarmers
(2006)

The Benchwarmers Gus, Richie and Clark, (Rob Schneider, David Spade & John Heder) decide to sit out the championship game and allow the picked on kids to play the game.  They end up losing the game in a slaughter but have fun anyway and teach the winning team that the fun is in playing, not winning.
