Gidget Goes Hawaiian
(1961)

Jeff (James Darren) tells Abby he's Moondoggie, the one Gidget had an alleged affair with. He and Gidget (Deborah Walley) get back together and wait in her parents’ room where she is worried about them as it’s really late. Everyone, however, is waiting in Gidget’s room after hearing she’s been missing since being told about the rumor Abby’s spread. Gidget’s dad (Carl Reiner) goes back to his room to find Gidget, who learns that parents can’t help but worry about their kids because they love them. Gidget forgives Abby, but the gang forces her in the water to surf.
